Euskaltel is from the beginning a innovative project: a local company in a global environment, in a telecommunication sector changing quickly and continuously , competing with worldwide leaders. Creativity for us is not a “luxe” but a need and a core value of the company. With the help of Inteligencia Creativa, 10 years after launching the company, we re-boosted the creative culture in Euskaltel. We made more than 40 training programs and workshops, involving about 50% of our employees, showing them tools they can use in their daily work.
